摘要 为了提高禾草沟煤矿50102工作面的搬家进度,通过现场勘察并结合系统分析的方法,对搬家过程中耗时最长的支架搬运环节进行了优化处理,采用了单通道双翼回撤工艺。结果表明,综采工作面快速搬家过程中使用单通道双翼回撤工艺可以大大提高综采设备搬家速度,缩短搬家工期,为矿井创造出较好的经济效益。 In order to improve the moving progress of 50102 working face in Hecaogou Coal Mine,through in-site investigation and analysis combined with system analysis principle,by finding out the key lines,grasping the key links,the longest time-consuming support handling links are optimized in the moving process,and the single-channel double-wing withdrawal technology is adopted.The results show that the moving speed of fully mechanized mining equipment is greatly increased,the moving time is shortened,achieving better economic benefit for the mine.
