摘要
为了分析预应力锚索全长锚固对巷道围岩的加固作用,采用理论分析方法研究了端锚阶段围岩体轴向附加应力与弱面的抗剪性能和全锚阶段围岩体轴向附加应力与弱面的抗剪性能。结果表明:端锚阶段通过预应力将浅部围岩卸载应力转移到深部;全长锚固后提高支护刚性与支护靶向性;全长锚固具有解耦吸能柔性支护性能。预应力全长锚固较端锚支护,支护性能大幅提高,其技术在煤矿现场成功应用,取得了显著的技术、经济效益。
For the reinforcement of surrounding rock of roadway with fully encapsulated cables,we apply theoretical analysis method to study the axial additional stress of the surrounding rock mass and the shearing resistance of the weak surface during the end anchoring stage and the fully encapsulated stage.The following conclusions can be drawn:pre-stressed full-length anchoring can transfer the shallow surrounding rock stress to the deep part by pre-stressing;pre-stressed fully encapsulated cables improves the targeting of support rigidity and resistance;The anchor has decoupled energy absorbing flexible support performance.The pre-stressed fully encapsulated cables are better than the anchor cable,and the support performance is greatly improved.The technology has been successfully applied in the Huainan Mining Area,and significant technical and economic benefits have been achieved.
