煤矿地下水库人工坝体安全多层次模糊综合评价研究 被引量:13

摘要 基于煤矿地下水库人工坝体安全评价包含多种因素、准则和层次复杂的情况,为了准确评价坝体安全稳定性,提出了人工坝体安全多层次模糊综合评价模型。在该模型中,通过文献研究、访谈专家的方式分析了影响煤矿地下水库人工坝体安全的关键因素,建立坝体安全综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算各层级因素的权重,建立比较判断矩阵并满足一致性检验;根据坝体安全评语集,以模糊理论为基础结合专家调查表,确定评价因素隶属度、评价矩阵并综合评价。应用该模型对神东矿区大柳塔矿地下水库人工坝体安全现状进行评价,结果表明坝体处于安全状态。 Aiming at the safety evaluation of artificial dam body in coal mine groundwater reservoir,including various factors,criteria and complex levels,the safety and stability of dam body are accurately evaluated,and a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for artificial dam body safety is proposed.In this model,the key factors affecting the safety of artificial dam body in coal mine groundwater are analyzed through literature research and interview experts.A comprehensive evaluation index system for dam safety is established.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each level factor and establish a comparative judgment.The matrix satisfies the consistency test;according to the dam body safety commentary set,based on the fuzzy theory,combined with the expert questionnaire,the evaluation factor membership degree,evaluation matrix and comprehensive evaluation are determined.The model is applied to evaluate the safety status of the artificial dam body of the Daliuta Mine in Shendong Mining Area.The results show that the dam is in a safe state.
