摘要
利用低聚丙烯酸钠对纳米氧化锌进行表面改性 ,通过对 6种不同的分散剂分散效果的比较 ,研究了低聚丙烯酸钠改性纳米氧化锌水分散性体系的稳定性 ;并利用透射电镜技术观察了水分散体系的形貌。结果表明 ,低聚丙烯酸钠表面改性纳米氧化锌水分散性体系的稳定性比其它分散剂分散效果好的多 ,其水分散性体系的形貌为单包敷结构的珠链状纳米粒子 ;同时认为低聚丙烯酸钠改性纳米氧化锌水分散性体系稳定性的主要因素有 3个方面 ,即纳米胶粒间的排斥力、低的表面张力、高的空间位阻 ,并提出了相关模型。
The surface modification of nanometer zinc oxide was carried with Sodium low polyacrylate, and dispersing water solution system's stability of modified nanometer zinc oxide was studied through a comparison of the dispersing results of six kinds of dispersing agents, the appearance of dispersing water system was observed by using transmission electron microscope technology . The result show that the system stability of surface-modified nanometer zinc oxide is better than other dispersing agents, and the appearance of dispersing water system is the single pack bead shape nanoparticles; the system stability of surface-modified nanometer zinc oxide dispersing water solution is due to three factors that is repulsion power between nano particles, low surface-tension and high space obstruct, and the related models are also brought out.
