摘要
为实现常村煤矿岩巷快速掘进,保证矿井的正常接替,以11204工作面底板岩巷作为试验地点对中深孔爆破技术进行工业试验,首先,根据试验巷道岩性、断面及计算依据,确定出爆破的周边眼、辅助眼深度为2m,掏槽眼深度为2.2m,炮眼的数目共57个,根据爆破试验后的效果得出:炸药消耗量降低62%;日进尺提高1.71m/d,巷道成型质量和速度都得到明显提高,满足矿井正常采掘接替的要求。
in order to realize the rapid excavation of rock roadway in Changcun Coal Mine and ensure the normal replacement of the mine, the medium and deep hole blasting technology is tested with the bottom slate lane of 11204 working face as the test site. First, according to the lithology, section and calculation basis of the test laneway, the hole depth of the blasting is determined to be 2 m, and the depth of the hole is deep. The number of 57 holes is 57. According to the effect of the blasting test, the consumption of explosives is reduced by 62%, and the daily footage is increased by 1.71 m/d. The quality and speed of the roadway are greatly improved, which meets the requirements of the mine’s normal mining replacement.
