摘要
为了确保掘进巷道安全快速过陷落柱,提高巷道过陷落柱期间顶板稳定性,山西宏宇诚铸建设工程有限公司同盈项目部通过技术研究,对同盈矿2#层2102巷过陷落柱时采取施工锚索网及架设U29型钢棚联合支护工艺,并对施工过程中提出了若干项安全施工措施,实际应用效果表明,联合支护工艺及安全措施有效保证了巷道施工安全,加快了巷道过陷落柱掘进速度,取得了显著成效。
In order to ensure the safe and rapid passage of the drifting roadway through the collapse column and improve the stability of the roof during the passage of the collapse column, Shanxi Hongyucheng Casting Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. adopted the combined support technology of construction anchor cable net and U29 steel shed when passing through the collapse column in the 2# layer 2102 roadway of Tongying Coal Mine through technical research. The practical application results show that the combined support technology and safety measures effectively ensure the safety of roadway construction, speed up the roadway driving speed through the collapse column, and achieve remarkable results.
