摘要
针对目前砖石结构永久密闭墙存在的人工劳动强度大、构筑时间长、容易开裂的问题,利用柔模袋、木板、单体柱制作临时框架,采用泵送高水充填材料方式,极大地提高了密闭墙构筑效率,减小了劳动强度。高水充填材料密闭墙强度快速增长,适应了工作面快速推进需求,同时具有良好的接顶性能和可缩性,减少了开裂漏风现象。
In view of the problems of large labor intensity, long construction time, and easy cracking of permanent closed walls of masonry structures, the use of flexible bags, boards, and monolithic columns to make temporary frames and pumping high-water filling materials has greatly improved the situation. The construction efficiency of the closed wall reduces labor intensity. High-water-filled materials, the strength of the closed wall has grown rapidly, adapted to the rapid advance requirements of the working surface, good performance and scalability of the roof, reducing the phenomenon of cracking and air leakage.
