摘要
从煤矿斜巷运输过程中容易出现安全问题的角度出发,介绍了一种通过视频图像等信息对有关区域进行监视的可视化装置,该视频监控装置通过信号传输、显示屏实时显示,使车辆在斜巷轨道运输时能让绞车司机可视化操作,在斜巷运输过程中如果出现异常情况能及时采取相应措施,提高了斜巷运输的安全管理水平。最后,以矿井某一斜巷轨道运输为例证明了该装置使用的安全性、可靠性。
From the perspective of the safety problem in the process of coal mine inclined lane transportation, a visualization device for monitoring the relevant area through video image and other information is introduced. The video monitoring device displays the vehicle through signal transmission and real-time display. In the oblique lane transportation, the winch driver can visually operate. If abnormal conditions occur during the transportation of the inclined lane, the corresponding measures can be taken in time to improve the safety management level of the inclined lane transportation. Finally, the safety and reliability of the device are illustrated by the rail transportation of a certain inclined lane in the mine.
