摘要
基于部分煤炭自动化装车安装点通信受限,不能及时完成数据回传的实际工程问题,本文提出了借助3G模式的自动化装车系统数据回传技术,并通过OPC服务器读取生产现场PLC里信息,利用数据采集软件Transaction Manager实现数据库与OPC服务器之间的连接。通过数据回传技术的应用可对自动装车站点的系统参数进行监控和分析,预判系统可能出现的问题,并及时反馈和响应,对于紧急突发问题也能凭借回传的数据快速找到问题发生的原因,进一步保障生产系统的安全性。
Based on the problem that the communication of partial automatic coal loading is not convenient and the data can not be returned in time, In this paper, a new data transmission technology of automatic loading system based on 3G mode is presented. Read the PLC information in the production site through OPC server. Transaction Manager is used to realize the connection between database and OPC server. The system parameters of automatic loading station can be monitored and analyzed through the application of data return technology, and the possible problems of the system can be predicted, which can also provide timely feedback and response. For the urgent problems, we can also quickly find the cause of the problem with the data returned, which further guarantee the safety of the production system.
