软弱岩条件下底板泥化机理与技术措施

针对云冈煤矿软弱岩底板易泥化的特点,分析了促进泥化作用的影响因素,阐述了泥化作用机理,对巷道底板岩层破坏深度及破坏范围进行了预测,并提出了卧底留顶煤开采技术、底板浇注固化等治理措施,有效控制了工作面底鼓,阻止了泥化现象。

Aiming at the characteristics of Soft rock bottom is easy to muddy in Selian coal mine.The influencing factors of promoting argillaceous action are analyzed. The mechanism of argillaceous action is expounded. The failure depth and damage scope of roadway floor rock are forecasted. And puts forward some measures such as undercover top coal mining technology, floor pouring and solidification. The floor heave of the working face is effectively controlled, and the sludge phenomenon is prevented.
