煤矿井下传感器老化测试方法探讨

摘要 煤矿井下传感器种类繁多,对保证煤炭安全顺利开采意义重大。但由于井下环境恶劣,传感器在井下经长期使用后容易受水汽、温度、粉尘等因素影响,会出现监测精度差、稳定性异常等问题,这是典型的老化现象,会给井下的正常工作带来困扰。本文以潞安集团郭庄煤矿为实例,首先介绍了传感器老化测试装置的建立,然后对传感器老化的测试流程进行了详细分析,通过老化测试可以将有缺陷传感器筛选出来,保证井下传感器正常可靠,为井下开采工作保驾护航。 there are many kinds of sensors in underground coal mine, which is of great significance for ensuring the safe and smooth exploitation of coal. However, because of the bad underground environment, the sensors are easily affected by water vapor, temperature and dust after long-term use in the underground. The problems of poor monitoring accuracy and abnormal stability will appear. This is a typical aging phenomenon, which will bring trouble to the normal work in the underground. Taking the Guo Zhuang coal mine in Lu’an Group as an example, this paper first introduces the establishment of the sensor aging test device, and then analyzes the testing process of the aging of the sensor in detail. Through the aging test, the defective sensors can be screened out to ensure the normal reliability of the downhole sensor and protect the underground mining.
