摘要 近几年来,近化学计量比 SiC 陶瓷纤维的制备已成为 SiC 陶瓷纤维领域中的热点。PMS 和 PSE 是制备近化学计量比 SiC 陶瓷纤维的两种先驱体,其制备是得到近化学计量比 SiC 陶瓷纤维的关键。因此本文综述了近化学计量比 SiC 陶瓷先驱体的制备方法,包括脱卤合成、MeSiH3 的催化脱氢偶合、H3SiH2SiH2CH3 的脱氢偶合、Bu4PCl 催化氯硅烷重分配反应等,同时也简评了国内的发展。 In recent years, that processing stoichiometric SiC fibers from the precursors is hot point in SiC fibers field. PMS and PSE are two kinds of precursors of processing stoichiometric SiC fibers. The preparation of precursors is very critical to the development of stoichiometric SiC fibers. So the processing methods of stoichiometric SiC fibers precursors are reviewed, including PMS via dehalocoupling, PMS by catalytic dehydrocoupling of MeSiH , PMS by dehydrocoupling of CH SiH SiH CH , PMS from the Bu PCl-catalyzed redistribution of chlorosilanes and the preparation of PSE precursor. The article also remarked the development of processing at home.
