利用差热天平研究钢在高温下的氧化特性

Study on oxidation characteristics of steels under high temperature by differential thermobalance

采用差热天平对 45号钢、6 5Mn钢和 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在高温下的氧化特性进行了实验研究。探讨了钢的氧化速度与加热温度、保温时间的关系。提出了减少氧化烧损应采取的措施。

Oxidation characteristics of 45 carbon steel, 65Mn steel and ICr18Ni9Ti stainless steel under high temperature were investigated experimentally using differential thermobalance. The relationship of the oxidation rate of steel with the heating temperature and heating time in furnace are discussed. Proposals for reducing iron loss are presented.
