摘要 采用衰减全反射 -傅里叶变换红外光谱法 (ATR -FTIR)和红外差谱技术研究了用于治疗银屑病贴膏剂的有效中药成分。用差谱技术得到的谱图与超临界流体萃取技术制备的纯有效成分的谱图基本一致 ,表明贴膏剂的制作工艺非常成功 ,药物成分没有与粘着性基质或其它助剂发生化学作用。此外 ,对人体健康皮肤和患银屑病皮肤的ATR红外光谱进行了对比分析。 The effective constituents of Chinese drug emplastrum for curing psoriasis were studied by using ATR FTIR and IR difference spectrometry. The spectra of emplastrum obtained by ATR difference spectrometry were in good agreement with those of pure effective constituents extracted with supercritical fluid extraction technique. The results demonstrate that the technique used for preparation of the emplastrum was successful and there were no chemical reactions occured between drug constituents and adhesive matrix or other compounding materials. In addition, the ATR spectra of healthy skin and skins with psoriasis exuviae were studied comparatively.
