我国应当支持公民提起行政公益诉讼

Authorities Should Support Citizen to Institute Commonweal Lawsuit Against the Administration

行政公益诉讼不仅要有法理学、政治学的依据,而且要符合我国宪法的规定。支持公民提起行政公益诉讼将使行政机关受到具有强制力的监督,对实现依法治国有重要的意义。我国应当采取多种措施,支持公民维护社会正义之举,使国家利益和社会利益的保护有可靠的法律保障。

Commonweal lawsuit against the admistration is an action which not only has its reason of Jurisprudence and political science,but also is in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution.Supporting citizen to institute commonweal lawsuit against the administration will make the administrative body subject to the compulsory supervision and it is a realistic way to realize governing the country a wording to law.Methods should be adopted to support the citizen to maintain the social justice.To do this,protection of the state and social interests will have dependable law.
