提出中小企业要获取持续竞争优势,应采用虚拟战略联盟的模式来迅速提升企业的核心竞争力,阐述了核心竞争力的定义和内涵与特征;提出按照资源组合类型和联盟绩效最大化原则来选择联盟的具体结构形式;建议采用契约方式迅速提升中小企业的核心竞争力。

The pattern of virtual strategic alliances in smallmediumsized enterpries for sustainable competitive advantages is presented to improue enterprises' core competence rapidly. Firstly, the concept meaning and characteristics of core competence are defined. Secondly, the concrete structure of alliance should be chosen in terms of the types of composed resources and the maximum principle of alliance's performances.And lastly, the models of contract agreement are suggested to promote enterprises' core competence as quickly as possible.
