From the process of international finance tendency, we can learn that it undergoes spiral development of mixedsingleremixed phases. The banking system of America is a typical ease, which gives us sound inspiration. As a developing country and a member of WTO, China should give substantial impetus to finance reform.And how to consist with the global trend is a core problem. We should carry out a stepbystep measure from single business to comprehensive operation in finance field. Some useful suggestions are given.
