摘要
出版集团应采取何种扩展路径以实现提升国际竞争力的战略目标,是当前较为突出的问题。以"企业集团扩展四维模型"为理论框架,通过分析世界500强之一的跨国出版集团———贝塔斯曼出版集团案例,试图总结跨国出版集团的扩展路径和成长特征,并为我国出版集团的成长提出建议。
As far as publishing groups are concerned, what expanding measures should be taken to realize competitive edge and reach strategic goals remains much to discuss. The author, constructing and basing on the framework of '4scale model on the expansion of corporate', with attempt to sum up the ways of expansion and characteristics of publishing groups, analyzes one of Fortune 500 companies Bertelsmann and eventually, comes up with some suggestions on Chinese publishing industry.
