摘要
人员能力成熟度模型(P-CMM)是集人力资源管理系统的诊断与完善于一体的过程性人力资源管理指南。自1995年问世以来,P-CMM已经在美国、加拿大、欧洲、澳大利亚和印度得到广泛的应用。本文介绍P-CMM的概况以及基于P-CMM的人力资源管理系统评价方法。
When over 10 kinds of methods of evaluating HRM system have been developed aboard, there are only few researches on that in China. PCMM is a guide for organizations to diagnose and promote their HRM. PCMM has been applied in U. S., Canada, Europe, Australia, India and other countries widely after its birth in 1995. Its favored by not only kinds of enterprises but also government organizations. The authors introduced the general mode of PCMM and HRM system evaluation based on PCMM in order to give a reference to domestic scholars.
