劳动力收入的二重分配,即市场分配与资本化分配,它是劳动力参与分配过程的两次分配,也是分配的两种形式。劳动力的市场分配以劳动力成为商品、企业用人自主权和劳动力市场的发展为前提,以劳动力价值为基础,通过市场交换来实现。而资本化分配是以劳动力资本为前提,是劳动力按劳动力资本比例参与企业的分配。
