思想政治教育学亟待推进基础理论研究及知识生产,建构完善的思想政治教育学知识体系。思想政治教育视野中对个人研究,是思想政治教育内部化的尝试,也是深化思想政治教育基础理论研究的实例。个人是思想政治教育的开端、载体和归宿。个人思想构成思想政治教育对象和目标的直接客体,思想政治教育对象是"自然个人",思想政治教育目标是"人为个人"。要思想,既是人的内在动机又是内在机理。个人思想空间是思想政治教育实践的真实场所,思想实践是达到思想政治教育目标的根本途径。需要注意的是,"人为个人"中的"人为"是个人之为与社会之为的协同,个人始终是社会中的个人。遵循个人与集体、人与社会统一规律开展积极的思想实践是思想政治教育有效性、思想政治教育充满情趣和富于意义的关键所在。

'Natural person' is the object of ideological and political education, 'people to become a man' is the aim of ideological and political education. Thinking is the intrinsic motivation and mechanism of people. Individuals' thinking spaceis the real place of ideological and political education's practice, Individuals' thought practiceis the basic solution to achieve the goal of ideological political education. It need pay attention that 'become' in 'people to become a man' is the synergy between people and society, and people is always the individual of the society. Carrying out thought practice actively according the regularity among individual, collective and society is the key of effectiveness, interest and meaning of ideological and political education.
