摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新阶段,中国对价值观国际传播的需求越来越强烈。进行新阶段的中国价值观国际传播,从目标维度来看,是中国为了提高国家文化软实力,塑造国际形象,增进国际理解,贡献全球治理智慧;从内容维度来看,是中国向国际社会传播的社会主义核心价值观,中国优秀传统价值观和人类共同价值的中国认识;从战略维度来看,需要中国构建新型国际关系,打造人类命运共同体,共商共建共享"一带一路",营造和谐的传播环境;从策略维度来看,要求中国积极参与全球公共治理,努力讲好中国故事,构建对外话语体系,繁荣哲学社会科学,推动文明交流互鉴,利用网络信息平台,推动媒体深度融合,扩充多元传播主体。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, so we are in a greater demand of international communication of Chinese values. Doing international communication of China values in this new era, form the dimension of objective, which is to improve the culture soft power, build international image, enhance international understanding and contribute the wisdom of global governance; from the dimension of content, which contains socialist core values, Chinese excellent traditional values and common values of mankind; from the dimension of strategy, which demands China build new international relations, build a community of shared future for mankind, share 'One Belt and One Road' and create a harmonious communication environment; from the dimension of tactics, which needs China take an active part in the global public governance, tell good stories of China, build the system of international discourse, develop philosophy and social sciences, promote civilization communication and mutual learning, take advantage of network information stage, promote a deeper integration of the media, and enlarge multiple communication subjects.
