以人民为中心发展思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,是新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略。党的十九大基于新时代的历史新方位,在综合考量人民主观需要和社会客观发展的基础上,提出新时代我国社会主要矛盾发生了历史性变化的重大判断,并赋予了以人民为中心鲜明时代内涵。以人民为中心是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的根本立场,是新时代社会主要矛盾变化的判定依据和发展要求,是新时代中国特色社会主义事业顶层设计的内在逻辑,是衡量新时代一切工作得失的根本标准。
The People-centered philosophy of development is the essential content of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, which is the basic policy to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Based on the new historic juncture in China's development, the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China conducted a comprehensive analysis of the people's subjective needs and the society's objective development and made a significant judgement that the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved in the new era, endowing people-centered philosophy of development with a new era's implication. The people-centered philosophy of development is the fundamental standpoint of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, which constitutes both assessment base and development demand of the transition of the social principal contradiction of the new era. Committing to a people-centered approach is the internal logic of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. It is the ultimate yardstick for judging all the work of our Party in the new era.
