在西方马克思主义的发展演进中,始终贯穿着哲学观念变革和现代性问题反思的双重主题,这双重主题的交织和互动,不仅内在规定着西方马克思主义演进的内在逻辑,也铸就了西方马克思主义的理论样貌。改革开放以来,西方马克思主义是作为中国马克思主义哲学研究的理论资源而呈现其特殊意义的:一方面,西方马克思主义研究与中国的马克思主义哲学观念变革深刻互动,对当代中国的哲学观念变革和思想解放产生了一定的推动效应;另一方面,西方马克思主义研究有效促进了中国马克思主义哲学研究对现代性问题的反思,强化了中国马克思主义哲学研究的中国意识和中国立场。

In the development of western Marxism, it always runs through the double themes of the transformation of philosophical ideas and the reflection of modernity problems. The interweaving and interacting of the double themes, not only sets the inherent logic of the evolution of western Marxism inherently, but also generates the integral outlook of western Marxism. Since the reform and opening up, western Marxism has been presenting its significance as a theoretical resources of the Chinese research on Marxism philosophy: for one thing, the research on western Marxism has been interacting with the transformation of Marxism philosophical ideas, and has pushed the transformation of philosophical ideas in contemporary China evidently; for another, the research on western Marxism has been promoting the reflection of modernity problems of the Chinese research on Marxism philosophy effectively, and has strengthened the Chinese consciousness and Chinese stand of the Chinese research on Marxism philosophy.
