论中国城市化进程中的几个误区

Some Erroneous Ideas on Chinese Urbanization

在高度的人口压力下 ,中国农业由传统到现代化的转变是不可能实现的。为此 ,经济学家开出了“城市化”这一“良方”。但在城市化进程中却出现了种种误区 ,有些至今在中国城市化进程中仍然起着指导作用 ,如小城镇建设、政府行为和“政绩工程”等。这些误区如果不能得到纠正 。

Under the high pressure of population the change of Chinese agriculture from tradition to modernization is impossible to realize. To solve this problem economists have prescribed the recipe of urbanization. But in the course of urbanization some erroneous ideas such as small town construction, governmental instruction are prevalent and will bring greater negative impact on Chinese economy if not curbed in time.
