Lizhi was one of the greatest thinkers of Ming Dynasty. His ideology went far beyond his time .The factors made Lizhi so great were very complex, but the most important reason was perhaps that he had a successful and special way of study. Two factors prevent us from mixing up his way of study with orthodox Confucian school thinkers: the self-serving aim and the radical method.
