微囊化(APA)猪甲状腺组织治疗甲状腺功能减退大鼠前后甲状腺功能的变化

摘要 目的 用非微囊化猪甲状腺组织治疗甲减大鼠作对照,观察微囊化(APA)猪甲状腺组织治疗甲减大鼠前、后大鼠甲状腺功能的变化情况。方法 采用放免法。结果 移植后两组的T_3、T_4水平升高,其中对照组更为明显,但9 w后明显下降,甚至低于移植前水平,实验组保持持续升高,超过40 w;移植后两组的TSH水平均明显下降,以实验组为显著,而且持续降低超过40 w,对照组持续时间较短,移植9 w后开始回升。移植后微胶囊回收率为100%,回收的微囊化甲状腺组织存活率达80%。结论 微囊化猪甲状腺组织治疗甲状腺功能减退大鼠疗效显著,微囊化方法达到了免疫隔离的目的,延长了组织移植后的存活时间。 Objective Observed the change of thyroid gland function of hypothyriod rats before and after translantation with microencapsulated porcine thyroid gland (test group) and with non-microencapsulated (control group). Methods Rabio-immunity method. Results T3 and T4 levels of rats in two groups increased after transplantation, these in control group increased obviously, however ,T3 and T4 levels decreased in 9 weeks,even lower than that before transplantation. These in test group increased continuously after 40 weeks. On the other hand,the TSH levels of rats in both groups decreased after the transplantation,these in test group decreased obviously . TSH level in test group remained low for longer than 40 weeks, but, it in control group remained a short time (9 weeks),then it would increased 100% of microencapsulated porcine thyroid gland could be received after transplantion with a 80% of tissue survival rate. Conclusion Medical treatment was well after tran; plantation with microencapsulated porcine thyroid gland. Microencapsulation proccessed immunity seperation function,lengthened tissue after transplantation survival time.
