摘要
为筛选出适合于小麦育种性状综合评价的最佳权重确定方法,以安阳工学院生物与食品工程学院2011-2012年度小麦3个杂交组合F2代20个单株试验数据为基础,分别采用专家确定法、灰色关联度法、层次分析(AHP)法、离差最大化法和信息熵法对株高、单株穗数、单株产量、饱满度、穗粒数、千粒重、单穗重等7个小麦育种目标性状的权重进行了分析。结果表明,灰色关联度法用于小麦育种目标性状的权重确定时,不仅具有专家确定法权威可靠的优点,而且具有动态性、可调性和灵活性,可以在一定程度上代替专家确定法。
Taking the test data of 20 single plants of three wheat cross combinations in F2 population in School of Biological and Food engineering,Anyang institute of technology in 2011-2012 as the base data,the weight of 7wheat breeding target characters such as plant height,number of ears per plant,grain yield per plant,grain plumpness,number of seeds per ear,1 000 seed weight,grain weight per ear were evaluated by adopting expert determination method,grey relational degree method,analytic hierarchy(AHP)method,maximum deviation method,and information entropy method,respectively.The results showed that the expert determination method was authority and reliable in determining the weight of breeding target traits in wheat breeding,but it lacked of flexibility,was difficult to adapt to the changing of the market dynamic adjustment of the target traits in breeding;Grey relational degree method was not only with authority and reliable as expert determination method,but also with dynamics,adjustability and flexibility,which could partly replace the expert determination method.
