Study on Ratooning Characteristics of Different Oat Varieties

摘要 为了解燕麦再生的生理机制,以生育期不同的10个燕麦品种为材料,在灌浆期进行刈割,测定刈割前不同品种的SOD活性和干物质、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量及产草量,分析不同品种生理特性和再生能力的相关性。结果表明,H44、白燕2号的再生能力较强,H44刈割前分蘖数多于其他品种,刈割后增加15%,白燕2号刈割前分蘖数较H44少,刈割后分蘖数增加109%;与其他品种相比,H44、白燕2号在刈割时SOD活性较高,丙二醛含量增加缓慢,叶片可溶性糖含量下降快,刈割前含量较低。燕麦叶片SOD活性和再生性呈显著正相关,丙二醛含量和再生性呈显著负相关,刈割前后的分蘖数和再生能力相关性均不显著。 10oat varieties were used to investigate the effect of physiological characteristics on the ratooning.The oat plants were cut at grain-filling stage.The moisture,SOD activity,MDA content,and soluble sugar content were tested before harvest and biomass was obtained,then their ratooned plants were harvested.The result showed that the ratooning ability of H44 and Baiyan 2were stranger than the other varieties.The tiller number of H44 was more than other varieties before the cutting,which was increased by 15%in the ratooned plants,while that of Baiyan 2by 9%.The SOD activity of H44 and Baiyan 2were higher than other varieties when cutting;MDA content increased slowly while soluble sugars content dropped fast.The ratooning had a positive correlation with SOD activity,a negative correlation with MDA content and no correlation with tiller number.
