新疆冬小麦过氧化物酶基因TaPod-D1和TaPod-A1的等位变异及分布 被引量:3

摘要 为了给新疆小麦品种面粉色泽的改良提供参考依据,利用位于7D染色体上的功能标记POD-7D1和POD-7D6及3A染色体上的功能标记POD-3A1和POD-3A2对98份新疆冬小麦品种(系)进行等位变异检测。结果表明,在TaPod-D1位点,有42份(占42.9%)材料含有与高POD活性相关的TaPod-D1a等位基因,56份(占57.1%)材料含有与低POD活性相关的TaPod-D1b等位基因;在TaPod-A1位点,有28份(占28.6%)材料含有与高POD活性相关的TaPod-A1b等位基因,70份(占71.4%)材料含有与低POD活性相关的TaPod-A1a等位基因。在不同类型的新疆冬小麦品种(系)中,两个不同位点上高POD活性等位变异TaPod-D1a和TaPod-A1b的分布频率均表现为引进品种(系)≈自育品种(系)>地方品种。所检测的新疆冬小麦品种(系)共有四种等位基因组合,分别为Tapod-D1b/Tapod-A1a、Tapod-D1a/Tapod-A1a、 Tapod-D1b/Tapod-A1b和Tapod-D1a/Tapod-A1b,它们在新疆冬小麦品种(系)中的分布频率依次为39.8%、31.6%、17.4%和11.2%。 In order to provide crucial information and methods for flour color improvement in wheat breeding program, 98 Xinjiang winter wheat varieties(lines) were detected by functional markers POD-7 D1 and POD-7 D6, POD-3 A1 and POD-3 A2 on 7 D and 3 A chromosomes, and the distribution patterns of different alleles of these genes encoding the peroxidase(peroxidase, POD) were analyzed. The results showed that 42(42.9%) out of the 98 Xinjiang winter wheat varieties(42.9%) contain TaPod-D1 a allele associated with high POD activity, and 56(57.1%) contain TaPod-D1 b allele associated with low POD activity. At the TaPod-A1 locus, 28(28.6%) materials contain TaPod-A1 b allele associated with high POD activity, and 70(71.4%) materials contain TaPod-A1 a allele associated with low POD activity. In different types of Xinjiang winter wheat varieties(lines), the introdused varieties had the highest frequencie of the genotype TaPod-D1 a and TaPod-A1 b followed by self-cultivated varieties and local varieties. The genotype combinations Tapod-D1 b/Tapod-A1 a, Tapod-D1 a/Tapod-A1 a,Tapod-D1 b/Tapod-A1 b and Tapod-D1 a/Tapod-A1 b were the most popular genotypes in Xinjiang winter wheat varieties with frequencies of 39.8%,31.6%,17.4%,and 11.2%, respectively.
