体育的发展不能离开教育 ,特别是在青少年成长过程中显得尤为重要。西方经济发达的国家 ,往往也是竞技体育强国 ,他们成功的经验之一 ,就是有一套完备的培养优秀青少年运动员的体制 ,这一体制的最大特点就是把教育和体育有机地结合在一起 ,使青少年在成长过程中既能得到文化知识的教育 ,又能根据个人的特长 ,不失时机的挖掘自身的运动才能 ,在运动领域实现自己的价值。

Sports cannot be developed without education and this combination is especially important for teenagers who are growing up. It usually happens that developed countries in the west are also strong in sports, which indicates that one of their successful experiences is that they have a sound system in training youth athletes. One of the important characteristics of this system is the combination of sports and education so that teenagers can be both intellectually educated and physically trained to attain athletic excellence.
