摘要
运用实验比较的方法 ,旨在体育课内通过分层次教学 ,克服好生吃不饱 ,差生吃不消的被动局面。实验证明 ,课内根据不同组别的教学对象 ,制定不同的教学目标 ,实施分层次教学 ,可以使每个学生尝到跳一跳摘到苹果的“最近发展区” ,对于发展学生身体机能 ,提高学生运动素质 ,增强困难生对上体育课的自信心有着显著的效果。
Due to the fact that students who are good at sports cannot have sufficient exercise in P.E. classes, while others would have physical burnout with the same amount of exercise, stratified teaching was suggested in this paper. Experiments showed that by formulating different teaching aims and carrying out stratified teaching according to different teaching objectives in classes, every student would be able to reach the closest development zone, and this had an obvious effect not only on the improvement of students' physical function but also on self-confidence establishment of students who are not good at sports.
