Effect of Exercise on the Myocardial Mitochondria Function in Rats

摘要 为了探讨运动对大鼠心肌线粒体功能的影响及与运动性疲劳的关系。以游泳运动为运动方式 ,观察了 90min运动、力竭运动和力竭运动后 2 4h心肌线粒体脂质过氧化水平、抗氧化能力、游离钙浓度和磷脂酶A2活性的变化。结果表明 :90min运动后心肌线粒体脂质过氧化水平 ,抗氧化能力 ,游离钙含量及磷脂酶A2活性未见明显改变。力竭运动后心肌线粒体脂质过氧化水平显著提高 ,抗氧化能力和游离钙浓度显著下降 ,磷脂酶A2活性显著提高 (P <0 .0 1)。力竭运动后 2 4h皆基本恢复。说明力竭运动可造成线粒体损伤和心肌损伤 ,适度运动不造成线粒体和心肌损伤。 Objective: To study the effect of exercise on the myocardium mitochondria function in rats and its relationship with exercise-induced fatigue. Methods: The effect of 90-minute swimming, exhaustive swimming and 24h post-exhaustive swimming was observed on the mitochondria lipid peroxidation level, antioxidative ability, free calcium content, and PLA 2 activity of myocardium in rats. Results: The lipid peroxidation level, antioxidative ability, free calcium content, and PLA 2 activity showed no significant changes after 90min swimming. The lipid peroxidation level and PLA 2 activity increased significantly after exhaustive swimming ( P <0.01); while a significant decrease was observed in the antioxidative ability and free calcium content. Moreover, the lipid peroxidation level, antioxidant ability, free calcium content and PLA 2 activity recovered after 24 hours. Conclusion: Exhaustive exercise might be one of the important factors inducing the injury of myocardial mitochondria and myocardium.
