On the Integration of Form and Spirit, Inside and Outside in Traditional Wushu Training

传统武术训练中的形神兼备与内外相合是传统武术文化中的重要范畴 ,武术训练理论和手段已经历了一段很长的历史时期 ,从“内外六合”、“明三节”、“统四梢”、“合五行”等理论上紧紧围绕武术训练手段进行了深入分析。

The integration of form and spirit, inside and outside is an important category in the theory of traditional Wushu training. Theories and methods in Wushu training have developed in the long period of practice. In this paper, theoretical analysis mainly focuses on methods such as “six internal and external combinations”, “understanding three joints”, “leading four pieces of tips”, and “integrating five elements”, etc.
