食管癌组织中血型抗原的表达

Expression of blood group antigens (BGA) in squamous cell of esophageal cancer

应用酶联免疫组织化学SABC法和血型抗原A、B、H、Le^a和Le^b的单克隆抗体,对15例胎儿和正常成人食管及14例早期和51例晚期食管癌组织检测,结果表明:食管癌组织ABH血型抗原表现出不同程度的丢失、前体物H抗原积聚及不相容性表达。这些改变在癌变早期就已存在,可以作为食管癌变的一个免疫组织化学的辅助诊断指标;在一定程度上反映出食管癌组织的病理学分期和分化程度。Lewis抗原的表达改变有利推测癌组织潜在的淋巴结转移可能性。

A sensitive immunohistochemical SABC staining technique with five monoclonal antibodies directed against blood group antigens A, B, O (H), Lewis^a and Lewis^b was used to evaluate systematically the BGA expression in the esophageal epithelium samples of 5 fetal cases, 10 normal adults, 14 early carcinomas and 51 advanced carcinomas. The results suggested that the deletion or loss of BGA, precursor BG-H accumulatiom of BGA and the supplementary blood group incompatibility may be considered as useful immunohistochemical indicators to help the diagnosis of the esophageal carcinomas in the early stage. The changes of BGA expression, to some extent, may indicate the pathological stages and the degrees of differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus. Deletion of Lewis^a and Lewis^b seems helpful in the diagnosis of potential metastases to regional lymph nodes.
