摘要
为寻找青霉素类过敏休克有效防治药物,研究了甘草Lx对青霉噻唑(BPO)-蛋白致敏大鼠过敏休克的保护作用。结果表明:大鼠腹腔注射甘草Lx,可明显降低BPO-蛋白致敏大鼠过敏休克发生率和死亡率,致敏对照组过敏休克发生率和死亡率分别为100%和70%,给药组均为5%。致敏对照组和Lx给药组大鼠血清抗体峰效价分别为96和4,肺组胺含量分别为99±6和64±8ng/g(P<0.01)。提示甘草Lx的保护作用可能与抑制致敏大鼠抗体生成和肺组胺合成有关。
In this paper, we report the protective effect of active principlé of Lx on anaphylactic shock in rats sensitized with penicilloyl (BPO)-protein. The results demonstrated that Lx could reduce the anaphylactic shock and death rates. In the sensitized control group, the anaphylactic shock and death rates were 100% and 70% respectively, while in the Lx pretreated group, were all 5%. Lx had an inhibitory effect on the antibody formation in sensitized rats. The passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) titers in serum were 96 and 4 in the sensitized and the Lx pretreated groups, respectively. Lx could reduce the histamine contents in the lung tissues in the sensitized rats. The histamine contents were 99±6 and 64±8 ng/g in the sensitized and the Lx pretreated groups respectively (P<0.01). Lx had no effect on the degranulation rates of the peritoneal mast cells of the passive sensitized rats. The protective action of Lx may be related to the inhibition of the formation of the antibody and the synthesis of the lung histamine in the sensitized rats. This paper will be important in the prevention of the patients from allergy, especially high allergy to penicillins.
