摘要
观察了右旋糖酐40等容血液稀释和亚硒酸钠对家兔急性心肌梗塞早期左室收缩和舒张功能的影响。结果如下:与对照组相比,等容血液稀释和亚硒酸钠以及两者合用,使LVSP和+dp/dt-max明显回升(P<0.05)、T值和—dp/dt-max无明显变化(P>0.05);单用亚硒酸钠,LVSP和+dp/dt-max的回升随时间延长稍有下降。结果提示:①右旋糖酐40等容血液稀释和亚硒酸钠可改善急性心肌梗塞早期左室收缩功能,前者的作用持续时间较长;②两者对舒张功能作用不明显;③两者对左室功能无协同作用。
Effects of isovolumetric hemodilution with dextran 40 and sodium selenite(Na_2SeO_3)on left ventricular contractility(LVMC)and relaxation (LVMR) in rabbit were observed. The results were as follows: (1). Compared with those of the controls, LVSP and +dp/dt-max increased significantly (P<0.05) in the animals by using isovolumetric hemodilution, or Na_2SeO_3, or the combination of the two, and decreased in the animals by using Na_2SeO_3 only as infarction time went on; (2). T value and -dp/dt-max had no significant changes(P>0.05) after AMI in all animals. The results showed that hemodilution with dextran 40 or Na_2SeO_3 could significantly improve LVMC in the early phase of AMI and that their effect on LVMR was not significant, and that the effect of the former lasted longer than that of the latter; and they have no coordinated effect on left ventricular function.
