摘要
将雌性小鼠暴露于汞蒸气(0.05mg/m^3,0.20mg/m^3)中,每天2h,每周6d,从同笼前7d至孕15d。观察从出生至90d龄仔鼠生理及行为发育情况,发现在汞接触组与阴性对照组之间游泳发育、听觉警戒、平面翻正、水迷宫及被动回避记忆等有明显差异(P<0.05),汞接触组表现为行为发育迟缓。0.20mg Hg/m^3染毒组还可见仔鼠死亡率增加,学习与记忆力明显下降。
In this study, female mice were exposed to mercury vapor (0.05mg/m^3, 0.20mg/m^3) 2 hours per day, 6 days per week including 7 days prior to mating to the 15th gestation day. Observation was made on the physical and behavioral development of the offspring from conception to the 90th day of life. The differences between the mice exposed to mercury vapor (test groups) and negative control group were found in swimming development, auditory startle, surface righting, water maze, passive aviodance retention, cliff aviodance, etc. The test groups showed early physical and behavioral developing retardation. The mice exposed to 0.20mg/m^3 showed a high mortality and a decline in learning and memory.
