摘要
用亚硝酸盐形成法测定了青中年期63例、老年前期51例及老年期36例健康人血清总超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、含铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Copper-and zinc-containing superoxide dismutase,CuZnSOD)及含锰超氧化物岐化酶(Manganese-containing Superoxide dismutase,MnSOD)的活力。结果表明随增龄机体总SOD活力显著下降(P<0.05),但同一年龄组性别间无显著性差异。不同类型SOD在不同年龄阶段下降幅度亦不同,CuZnSOD在老年前期降低显著,MnSOD则在老年期明显下降。结果提示随增龄SOD同工酶活力下降致自由基净水平增加可能是引起细胞衰老的原因之一。
The activities of superoxide dismutase isoenzyme in the serum of 150 healthy individuals were de- termined with the nitrite formation method. The results showed that the superoxide dismutase activities decrease gradually with the increase of age. There exist significant differences among the various groups(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the males and the females in the same group. It is suggested that the decrease of superoxide dismutase activities is an important factor of cellular aging. The mechanism needs further study.
