摘要
应用细胞内酸性非特异性酯酶(Acid α-naphthyl acetate esterase,ANAE)标记T淋巴细胞的方法观察慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)外周血T淋巴细胞(TL)及其亚群辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)和抑制性T淋巴细胞(Ts)的变化。结果显示:CML未缓解(NR)组外周血TL、Th和Th/Ts比值均明显低于对照组,t检验均有高度显著性差异(P<0.0001),而Ts与对照组相比无差异。缓解(CR)组外周血的TL、Th和Th/Ts比值与对照组相比均无显著差异。结果表明CML在发病和NR时细胞免疫水平明显下降,CR后免疫水平趋于正常,并认为ANAE标记法可作为观察CML疗效的一个指标。本结果提示细胞免疫功能异常与CML发病有关。
The changes of the T lymphocytes(TL) and their subgroups, the helper T lymphocytes (Th) and the suppressor T lymphocytes (Ts), in the peripheral blood of the patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML) were studied with the assay of the lymphocytes labelled with intracellular acid-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE). It was found that the numbers of TL and Th as well as the ratio of Th and Ts in the patients with CML at nonremission stage were significantly lower than those in the controls (P<0.001), that there were no differences between the numbers of Ts of the patients and the controls, and that there were no significant differences between the numbers of TL and Th, and the ratio of Th and Ts in the patients at the remission stage and those in the controls (P>0.05). It is indicated that the function of cellular immunity in the patients with CML is lower at the initial stage and the non-remission stage, and becomes normal after remission. The authors consider that ANAE assay can be used as an index in the observation of the therapeutic efficacy in CML, and the pathogenesis of CML may be related to the abnormality of cellular immunity.
