摘要
共轨喷射系统具有高度的控制灵活性 ,已成为降低柴油机排放的主要核心技术之一 .简要介绍了近年来国内外轿车和卡车柴油机上共轨喷射系统的发展现状及前景 ;通过分析BOSCH公司和日本电装公司的高压共轨喷射系统 ,提出了高压共轨燃油系统对主要部件的要求 ,并对高压共轨喷射系统设计的关键技术进行了分析研究 .
Because of high control flexibility of common rail system,it has become one of the key technologies in controlling diesel emissions.This paper presents the application status and prospect of the system in various diesel engines;and through the analysis for robert Bosch and Nippondenso common rail fuel injection system,the demands for main components of common rail fuel injection system are given,and the key technologies of system design is studied.
