免疫治疗儿童哮喘螨特异性抗体动态观察

摘要 应用ELISA间接法测定了57名哮喘儿童血清螨特异性IgE、IgG、IgA和IgM水平,并对其中15名儿童进行随访观察。结果发现:螨过敏性哮喘儿童血清螨特异性IgE、IgG和IgA水平均高于正常儿童。经螨浸液免疫治疗后血清螨特异性IgE下降、IgG升高。结果表明哮喘儿童存在着多克隆的抗体反应增强。 By means of indirect-ELISA, the serum levels of mite-specific antibodies, IgE, IgG, IgA and IgM were determined in 57 children with asthma, of whom 15 had been followed up. It was found that the serum concentration of mite-specific IgE, IgG and IgA antibodies in mite-allergic asthmatic children was higher than that in the normal. Immunotherapy with mite extract may decrease the concentration of the IgE antibody and increase that of the IgG antibody. The result indicates that there are enhanced polyclonal antibody responses in children with asthma.
