摘要
中长跑是一项需要耐力的运动 .学生在练习中长跑中往往因为缺少兴趣 ,耐力得不到提高 ,运动成绩亦得不到提高 .笔者结合教学实践 ,试就培养大学生中长跑兴趣 ,增强耐力 ,提高运动成绩提出几点做法 .
Mid-long run is a movement that need endurance.In the movement,some students only lack interesting,their endurance can't be improved and their movement result can't be promoted.In this article,the author gives some methods to training students' mid-long run interesting,improves their endurance.
