Science and humanism-distinct but harmonious

科学至少涵盖科学知识、科学思维、科学方法、科学精神四个方面 ,人文也至少涵盖人文知识、人文思维、人文方法、人文精神四个方面。人文中含有科学的基础与珍璞 ,科学中蕴藏人文的精神与内涵。科学与人文密不可分 ,相异互补。我们应强调“天人合一”与“人定胜天” 。

Science at least contains scientific knowledge, scientific thinking, scientific methods and scientific spirit. Meanwhile, humanism also contains at least four aspects: humane knowledge, humane thoughts, humane methods and humane spirit. Humanism contains base and value of science and in science spirit and connotation of humanism exist. Science and humanism go closely hand in hand, distinct and complementary. We should emphasize that 'Heaven and human come as a whole' and that 'Man can conquer nature'.
