巯基棉分离——催化光度法测定血清痕量硒

摘要 以KClO_3氧化盐酸苯肼与盐酸a-萘胺偶合作为测硒的指示反应并研究了其反应条件其测定波长为525nm,线性范围为0~0.4μg/25ml,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.4×10~6检出限为8.8×10~8g/L。用巯基棉分离方法消除其它离子的干扰,用于血清中痕量硒的测定,取得了满意结果。 The oxidation of phenylhydrazine hydrochloride by potassium chlorate coupled with α-naphthylamine hydrochloride was taken as the selenium indication reaction and its optimum conditions were proposed. The wavelength determined was 525nm, the linear respondence was in the range of 0~0.4μg/25ml, the apparent molar absorption coefficient was 1.4×1~6 and the detection limit was 8.8×10^(-8)g/L. The interfering ions were separated with sulfhydryl cotton fiber and a satisfactory result was obtained by determining the trace amount of selenium in serum.
