摘要
通过研究胶 /土质量比R(R =MMH/高岭土 ,w/w)及 pH值对Mg -Fe型混合金属氢氧化物 (简称Mg -Fe -MMH) -高岭土分散体系触变性的影响 .实验结果表明 ,在所研究的R范围内 ( 0 .0 0 0~ 0 .2 86 ) ,Mg -Fe -MMH -高岭土体系表现为正触变性 ,且随R的增加 ,体系平衡时的黏度值先降低后升高 .在所研究的pH的范围内 ( 3 .6 0~ 11.76 ) ,R =0 .12 9的Mg -Fe -MMH -高岭土分散体系表现为正触变性 ,且随着 pH的升高 ,体系的触变性趋势增强 ,其平衡黏度也随之升高 .并对各因素的影响机理进行了初步探讨 .
In this paper, the study of influence of Mass Ratio and pH on thixotropy of the aqueous suspension consisting of magnesium ferrum hydroxide(Mg-Fe-MMH)possessing permanent positive and Kaolinite possessing permanent negative charges is reported. The suspensions studied displayed positive thixotropy in various of Mg-Fe-MMH/kaolinite ratio (R0~0.286) examined in this work, and the viscosity of the equilibrium systems decreased first, then increased with the increasing of the R. For the systems of R0.129 displayed positive thixotropy in various of pH (3.60~11.76) , the trend of positive thixotropy and the vicosity of equilibrium systems increased with the increasing of pH. And the mechanism of the influence of all factors is discussed.
