40例MDS细胞形态观察

Morphological Observation on Cells in 40 cases of MDS Patients

为观察MDS骨髓有核细胞病态改变 ,用瑞氏—姬姆萨混合染色法进行骨髓细胞学分析 .结果 :粒、红、巨核三系均有不同程度的病态造血表现 .粒系主要以细胞内外浆、空泡、核肿胀、核浆发育不平衡为主 .红系主要以双核、碳核、花瓣核、多核为主 .巨核系主要以多圆核 ,小巨核、单圆核为主 .提示 :MDS至少有二系以上的病态改变 .

Wright's-Giemse mixed coloring method was used to make cytology analysis on bone marrow,in case to observe the pathosis changes of karyocyte in bone marrow.The results showed that there were abnormal hematopoiesis in granulocyte series,erythron series and megakaryocytic series in different extent.There was hollow in endo-plasma and ex-plasma of cells of granulocyte series,and there were swelling nuclear,misbalance developed karyoplasm in these cells also.There was double nuclear,carbon nuclear,petal nuclear,poly nuclear in cells of erythron.There was poly round nuclear,single round nuclear in cells of megakaryocytic series.It was suggested that there were pathosis changes in at least more than two series of MDS.
