米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产安全性分析

Analysis on Assessing the Safety of Misoprostol in Induction of Term Labor

观察米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的安全性 .方法 ;回顾性分析了 72例使用米索前列醇引产和 10 0例使用缩宫素引产的足月妊娠产妇的临床资料 .结果 :米索组出现过频宫缩 14例 ,而缩宫素组未出现异常宫缩 .两组羊水混浊发生率分别为 2 2 %、10 % ,差异有显著性 .剖宫产原因中 ,胎儿宫内窘迫均为两组主要手术指征 ,米索组 8例占 6 6 .7% ,缩宫素组 7例占 4 4 % ,差异有显著性 ,提示 :米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产 ,对母亲和胎儿有潜在的不安全因素存在 .

To assess the safety of misoprpstol in labor induction of term pregnancg.Retrospective analysis of 172 clinical records of full term pregnant women.72 cases were given misoprostol and 100 cases were administerd oxytocin.14 cases were with superstimalation in misoprostol group,but none was abnormal uterine contraction in Oxytocin group.The rate of misoprostol group.The rate of mecoium was 22% in misoprostol group and 10% in oxytocin group.Intrauteyine asphyxia was the mainly reason of caesarean section in both groups.But there were 8 cases(66.7%) in misoprostol group and 7 cases (44%) in oxytocin group,There were significant difference.Application of misoprostol in induction of term labor engaged in potential risk.
