当代大学生参与志愿服务的障碍研究

作为青年中的佼佼者,大学生志愿者对当前人才缺乏的非营利组织无疑起着至关重要的作用。然而,由于缺乏有效的激励机制他们的优势并未得到充分的发挥,志愿者频频流失的现象已成为摆在非营利组织发展道路上一个不容忽视的问题。一味强调社会责任和奉献爱心并不能从根本上解决问题,只有使志愿者的价值和志愿活动的意义得到社会广泛的认可,才能保持志愿者队伍的稳定。

As an outstanding person among the youths, volunteer' s of college students play a crucial role in nonprofit-making organization that is short of talent. However,owing to lacking effective system of inspiration,they can't give full play to their advantages. Phenomenon of volunteers' reduction isn' t already an ignored problem. On the developing process of nonprofit-making organization, it can't cardinally solve the problems to strengthen only social responsibility and devotion of affection. The necessity to maintain the stability of volunteers is to make their values and significances of activities accepted widely by society.
