摘要
面对我国入世一年来的新形势,高等学校要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,努力加强对人才培养质量、人才流动与流失、文化继承与创新问题的研究,加快学校改革、发展步伐,为全面建设小康社会,为实现中华民族伟大复兴作出应有的贡献。
Facing new situations after our country' s entry to the WTO one year ago, under the guidance of the important thought of 'Three Represents', universities and colleges ought to strengthen the study of the training quality of talented people, the flow of talented people,culture inheritance and bringing forth original ideas,so as to speed up universities and colleges reformation and development, to build a well off society in an all-round way and realize our nation's great revival.
